The Milwaukee Company’s Volatility Adjusted Adaptive Asset Allocation (VA4) strategy combines tactical security selection with a rules-based approach that strategically varies the amount allocated to portfolio securities in response to changing market conditions.

Classic Asset Allocation Revisited (CAAR)

The Milwaukee Company’s Classic Asset Allocation Revisited strategy (CAAR) is a rules-based investment strategy that systematically optimizes a globally diversified portfolio of ETFs that target well-established drivers of stock and bond returns. 
CAAR’s primary objective is to improve portfolio performance by managing volatility and drawdowns.

Economic Cycle Strategy (ECS)

The Milwaukee Company’s Economic Cycle Strategy (ECS) is a rules-based investment strategy that adjusts the amount invested in exchange traded funds (ETFs) that collectively represent the global stock and bond markets in reponse to its analysis of the current state of the U.S. business cycle.

Market Trend Strategy (MTS)

The Milwaukee Company’s Market Trend Strategy (MTS) is a rules-based, trend-following investment strategy that invests in exchange traded funds (ETFs) that collectively represent the global stock and bond markets.

Sector Rotation Strategy (SRS)

The Milwaukee Company’s Sector Rotation Strategy (SRS) targets the main sectors of the U.S. stock market via a diversified portfolio of exchange traded funds (ETFs).  It is designed to generate superior risk-adjusted returns by capitalizing on the well-accepted principles of momentum and mean reversion (see side bar).

Targeted Risk Strategy (TRS)

The Milwaukee Company’s Targeted Risk Strategy (TRS) is a rules-based, trend-following strategy that is intended to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns by limiting drawdowns and capitalizing on rebounds.

Tactical Stock Strategy (TSS)

The Milwaukee Company’s Tactical Stock Strategy (TSS) is a rules-based strategy that selectively holds up to 50 stocks found in the Russell 1000 Index, a large-capitalization U.S. equity benchmark.
